Abstract

The specificity of the training of teaching staff in the multi-level education 
system of the Republic of Belarus lies in early immersion in the teaching 
profession through the organization of specialized training at the level of 
general secondary education, training of future teachers at all levels of 
education (secondary specialized, higher and additional adult education). 
The training of teaching staff at the higher education level is built on the 
principle of continuity; continuity and practice orientation. The imple-
mentation of these principles requires modernization of the content of 
general (structure, forms, methods) and practical training (organization 
of practice from 1st to 4th year with consistently built increasingly com-
plex content) of future teachers.
